环境干净、工作人员态度友好，早餐很棒，电梯方便。73路公交车也很方便。唯一的缺点是附近餐饮设施稀少。
酒店离机场很近。但没有提到停车要20美元。早餐是典型的美式，不过能吃。别指望有什么健康的。
一切都很顺利，直到我们退房的时候。我们把一件夹克落在了房间里，当时已经有位女士在打扫我们的房间了。我们想把夹克找回来，但前台说失物招领处没有，而且清洁人员也没有把这件失物和我们的房间号关联起来。所以我们知道是那个清洁工偷了它，因为我离开的时候她就在房间里。
位置很好，还不错。我挺喜欢早餐的。
房间空间很大，奥克兰离机场很近，唯一遗憾是周边没啥吃的

我的空调半夜突然坏了，6个小时后完全打不开了。我向前台投诉，打了两次电话他们才派人来。另外，浴室和床头都爬满了蚂蚁，我很不满意。蚂蚁咬了我5岁的女儿和我女朋友。
没有24小时机场班车
我们选择这家酒店是因为它靠近加州奥克兰机场，而且广告上说有24小时班车。我和我丈夫分别76岁和75岁，需要凌晨3点的班车去赶5点15分的航班。我们问过两个人，他们都说班车通宵运营。但办理入住时，我们却被告知班车凌晨4点才开始运营，这太晚了。前台没有提供任何帮助，我们最后只好打电话给另一家假日酒店，他们同意来接我们。请大家谨慎选择这家酒店。
第一晚糟透了。洗完澡出来，发现地毯上有虫子爬。我跟前台说了，他们二话没说就说会给我换房间，我觉得很奇怪。第二天早上醒来，在新房间里准备吃早餐，发现电视下面的桌子上也有虫子爬，我用手机拍了下来。我去前台投诉，前台的人说他也没办法，现在正是虫害高发季节。所以我要了公司总部的电话投诉。我联系了总部，提交了投诉，他们说当天会有人给我回电，但一直没回。中午12点左右，酒店前台打电话告诉我，如果我下午1点半之前没回来，他们就要把我的东西搬到另一个房间，或者放到办公室，然后给我退房。我别无选择，只能让他们搬走。我不喜欢别人碰我的东西。
他们的停车费很高，停车费应该包含在酒店费用中。
