Although we had an amazing view of the ocean and part of the old fort from our room (which was why my husband chose this unit - 408) and the pool was nice, our experience was marred by inattentive front desk staff, poor parking quite some distance away by an abandoned hotel, outdated furnishings, a tiny bathroom, a door lock that fell apart, internet that was out of service that we had to hook up again. It was merely adequate.

Will not return! Place was dirty and did not get the room or view I paid for 4 months in advance. The balcony was a joke and no service. Very poorly ran, will not waste my money again! But I was thankful to have place to rest my head, we spent 90% out exploring the island . See pictures

I was very nervous after reading the reviews! The room was beautiful!!!!!! Right by the water!! the staff was AMAZING! They do not have daily room service unless you pay for the package but we didn’t mind that at all. There are plenty of attractions in walking distance or a short Uber ride. There is a kitchenette in the room with fridge, stove and microwave if you want to bring your own food. You will have to walk around to find something to eat if you don’t, but there are plenty of options. This hotel is NOT owned by the Hilton anymore but it was perfect for us. We were still able to get ahold of someone if needed. I was so sad to leave!!! I am looking for reasons to get back here ASAP!!

We had absolutely no problem with check in or accommodations. We booked through air bnb West Indies vacation rentals. They were always just a text away and answered promptly. Santos from security is our new friend, He checked us in and gave us tips about the area. There is a beautiful beach and park nearby. Bagel shop next door and a few restaurants in the avenue that you can walk to. Pool was never crowded, place was clean. Price was reasonable. Plenty of scooters and ubers to get around. GREAT place to get your morning walk or run in along the lagoon. We needed a coffee machine and they delivered one at 10pm to our room. Air conditioning great, view great, beds great. I’m looking to come back next month and stay in a larger condo.

Beautiful location - lots to do for all ages. Beautiful views all the way around. We even indulged in scuba snorkeling. Really nice eating places on site. Starbucks on location. Beautiful beach on location as well and views of historic site San Geronimo
