Great newer hotel that’s off the main road away so it’s very quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. They had a waffle maker. The room was very big so lots of space.

Upon arrival our room was an oven. As you walked to ward the window you could feel the cold draft. The heaters have not been sealed underneath and the cold air comes in. The floor and bathroom were cold but the room was hot to we put towels under the heater. We finally had to just turn it off . In the morning the water was only lukewarm. Upon returning to our room, just a few minutes before 11:00 we were locked out. With wet kids we went to the desk and were told it was policy that they couldn’t let you in after 11:00 without charging another night even tho our belongings were in the room. It was a maid at the front desk and she insisted a manager was not available. We still had cold wet kids and were refused entry into our room. We’re trying to get into our room and she was conversing with the maids on the radio and would disappear and talk to someone leaving us and other guests waiting and return. After more than 20 minutes We insisted she contact a manager and after talking with the manager

She finally gave us a key to get the kids dressed and belongings. She had no idea what she was doing and no customer service knowledge. Being a choice stewards member means nothing. Will never stay at any comfort suites again or any choice hotel.

Best pool!

We went to Logan to take a college tour over fall break. My 2 teenage boys loved the pool! The slide was fast and fun. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a suite. The only downside was the sofa bed. It was not comfortable and probably really only good for a younger child- not a 14 year old. But we would stay again.

Room is a little small. Breakfast was good, eggs were so so. Wrist band probably not necessary for the swimming pool because you need your room key to get in anyway and no one checked. Over all it was a good stay.
