Definitely staff at the beginning. When we went to check in at 315pm there was no staff to be seen. They did leave a phone and instructed to pick up the phone. Which I did...however the worker seemed almost annoyed I was checking in. Room was ok. The faucet in the sink was so loose it moved and you could see down the side of the faucet. Gym is servely lacking. Treadmill didn't work but the bike did. my kids and I went to swim around 630-7 . The pool area was so dark it looked closed and there were no lights...nor was there anyone at the front desk at the time we looked to ask. Some of the bathroom towels were dingey and looked VERY worn...almost to the point you could see through. My husband also got attacked by a stink bug. We slept ok. Breakfast was good despite the worker who was maintaining it was literally up our butt and I almost knocked into her several times while I was getting my breakfast. It was early and there was only myself and my husband and one other guest getting food...so idk why she was on me
I took my kids later and it was busy...however same thing the staff was up my son's butt. Food was good. Check out was easy. We won't be staying again though.

The hotel itself was pretty nice, hotel was divided up by a bunch of doors. The room had nicks and scratches on the walls , furniture was chipped and marked up. The king size bed was old and flat , not very comfortable. Hard to find someone who spoke good english

I've stayed here twice in the past year. It was fine, but nothing exceptional. The room was comfortable but worn. The exterior doors did not open with room keys. Each night I had to park in back but walk around front to get in. The fitness room was tiny and had two aerobic machines and one weight lifting machine with only one attachment. The breakfast was standard, nothing special.

I would rate it better but the price was that of a mediocre hotel and this was just around minimum standards. Bathtub was chipped. Toilet seat was chipped. Room was overly scented as if to mask some other smell. Free breakfast was below average and they did not have any coffee. Nothing bad or threatening happened so I guess that’s good.

Front desk gave us a key to our room, when we put our card in opened the door it was stopped by the door latch. Went back to front desk she knocked on the door and tried calling to occupant to come to the front desk with their I’d. This was 2 am. She then said there were no more king room and offered us a double. I said how does that happen that I booked and paid for a room, then all of a sudden she gave us key cards for another king suite. Her English was strained and it was hard to understand her. The room smelled musty, the toilet did not fill with water and the light was flashing, about ready to burn out. The sheets were wrinkled but looked clean. The breakfast was ok, terrible coffee and only 1 waffle machine for all the people. Asked for a receipt upon checkout and said it was not available. We would never stay here again and would be cautious of all Comfort Inns based on lack of brand quality and standards. And the poor couple that was woken up To bring their id to the front desk. I would be furious and cautious of the security.

No ice maker in working condition. Light bulbs in lamps/fixtures either missing or not working. Overall condition could use some tlc.

It provided what was needed for a stay off the toll road. You need to drive to find a place to eat about 5-6 miles. The tv and remote were miserable to use.

Clerk was friendly but he informed us they were out of ice. Then the keys were malfunctioning. Get in the room and it has an unpleasant smell like perfume to cover up a bad smell. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower. Overall wouldn’t stay there again.
