Room was large and clean. Check in was a mess as computers were down, wouldnt take credit cards, and they dont accept cash. Customer service was not good or helpful. Then proceeded to overcharge for our room.

We honor those bookings, but they often come with rate and billing restrictions beyond our control. Rates fluctuate with demand; that’s true across every Hilton brand.As for check-in, yes, there was a nationwide Hilton system outage that impacted credit card processing. Technology isn’t always our friend, but our team still got you into your room, which is something to be grateful for.I understand the frustration, but our staff shares that same feeling when guests take it out on them during issues no one on property can control. This hotel was recommended by a friend. We are very glad we chose it. We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was GREAT, the Hot breakfast was GREAT and the rooms were very clean and that was GREAT. We will be staying again on our next trip to Millington.

Dirty rooms especially the chairs and couches in the rooms. Pool was not open & reeked of a foul odor. The hotel needed to be exterminated for bugs. We just could NOT get past how filthy the furnishings were!

The hotel as a property is fine. The rolling cart that the maid used was very loud and squeaky and it would wake you up in the morning as it rolled down the hall.

Every staff member I interacted with was very kind. I liked the inclusion of the refillable shampoo/conditioner in the shower as well.
