We had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

My mom and I were in town for my mom’s sister’s funeral. The breakfast hostess, Quincey was so hospitable and shared words of comfort. I hope you recognize her for going above and beyond. Outside of that being the highlight of our stay I would like to add that our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast had many food options.

Great choice for visiting Caesar’s and concert! 6 mins away, safe, clean, and a lot of food options and stores nearby. Breakfast was above par and service was good. Rooms clean and bed comfy. Limited interaction with staff, but all was pleasant and check-in a breeze. No issues besides a slight smoke smell in our bathroom, but some perfume helped.

Busy road and hard to sleep from the traffic all night. Our room was in the road side. The river side would have been perfect.

Had to cancel due to weather conditions on the road for that (Saturday, Oct 11, 2025) and my health in relation to driving around 200 miles to a cookout at the church. As an Interim Pastor in the area, I was very disappointed in the lack of accommodation or adjustment for the cancellation. Not sure if I will use Holiday Inn Express in Danville VA again. Even ******* was spoken negatively by the manager. Lack of respect and courtesy for the customer during the hazard weather conditions for travel. I am very upset and disappointed in losing an insured reservation. What the insurance fee for, decoration? Rev. Melvin
