As you can see, we are in the process of remodeling and updating all of our hotel for our guests. Unfortunately, the 1st floor and the lobby area has not had a chance to get the face lift that the rest of the hotel has received. But it is happening soon. We hope that you will give us another try when we are finished with our remodel.

Stayed 4 nights. Nice hotel, very friendly reception service. Room was clean, but no daily room service (unless requested). No breakfast, but good restaurants nearby. Recommended mostly because of the good service by the receptionists.

Everything was good! Ceramic cups, glassware. Bed and room so comfy. But coffee was substandard. Can you get Nespresso? Or Keurig? We need a strong cup to get going!

The hotel was pretty nice. The base was noisy (jets) and the area was .. well, not bad for base suburbs, but no nearly as nice as a lot of other sections of the islands.

Our room had a very nice kitchenette complete with dishes and cookware. The hotel is clean and modern. They also provide two different kinds of pillows, one fluffy and one softer, to meet the needs of different kinds of sleepers.

Disappointing
I was disappointed that we were charged $35 for checking in a couple hours early. Based on that we should have gotten a refund for checking out 8 hours early. For that reason alone, I will likely not ever stay here again. I've checked in early multiple times over the years at different hotels and have never been charged before. The room was nice, the bed was ok. We got a suite with a kitchen which was stocked with limited supplies.

WE COULD HEAR EVERY MOVEMENT OF THE SECOND FLOOR GUEST. THEY MUST HAVE BEEN TRYING TO STACK BOWLING BALLS THE MAJORITY OF NIGHT.

that I can say. When in Oak Harbour, this is the place I will stay in the future. Great and helpful staff.

Loved our stay! They had everything to cook with in the room but asked the front desk if they had a griddle to make pancakes, the lady was so nice to really look if they had 1 but they didn’t. But it was ok we made it work with whatever they had in the room.
