Parking lot is only at the front so if u get a room facing the parking lot then u can watch ur car. But otherwise the utilities and walls were cracked and old looking. Walls were falling apart in our room in the bathroom. It was clean but again was falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Pancakes were good, the staff was extremely kind to my mom for coming a bit late after 9 30 so she got my mom some breakfast so that was kind of her. Also complimentary water when checking in with smart water.
