Best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time. Convenient location and friendly staff. Tay really helped me out by getting me an early check in and my room was clean, spacious and cool. Would reccomend and if I’m ever back on the area, I would return!

Good parking, close to all kinds of stuff. Airport very close. The bathrooms had moldy caulk.. but the tub wasn’t dirty, nor were the rooms. Staff was very outgoing, friendly and accommodating.

The property needs some updating. The air conditioning was not working correctly. When we first got in the room everything was wet. The humidity was really high. Both floors were wet. Had to turn on the heat to dry everything out and then turn off the unit completely. Also the facets in the bathtub was backwards so we thought we didn’t have hot water. The front dest suggested the faucet was inverted and it was.

The condition of the hotel was very disappointing. Cleanliness and upkeep were clearly not a priority, and our expectations were not met. Worst of all, we were not told they were having issues with their fire alarm and we were woken up at 4 am by the fire alarm going off. We rushed downstairs along with other guests and given no direction or explanation after the fire alarm turned off. We all just assumed that it was a false alarm however no explanation was ever given by staff until the day after when it was time for us to check out.

The property was well kept, the only thing they should check in on more was the cleaning of the elevators. I would like to give the front desk worker Tay props!! She was excellent funny extremely helpful !!
位置不错，但是不提供机场班车服务，也不提供早餐。
房间不错，也很干净。只给了三星，因为办理入住手续比平时花的时间长一些，不过当时有个新员工正在接受培训。她非常友善和礼貌。
卫生状况良好，浴室也很干净。有人大声打电话，比较吵闹。地理位置不错，员工很有礼貌。谢谢。
