The hotel was clean and nice looking. The staff were professional. The pantry (place to get drinks and snacks) was well stocked with snacks, but had no diet drinks or water to buy. I asked about it and was told they only had water for rewards members only. When I booked the hotel room, it showed a walk-in shower in the picture (my wife and I are handicapped), but the staff said they have only tubs in every room at that location. Also, pounding footsteps above us all night.

The water pressure was not good from the shower, the bottom of the wall in the bathroom was broken and missing. The hallway carpet needs to be clean or replaced. I did not get house keeping. When I left my room in the morning staff were out in the hall talking so I’m not sure why my room was never clean and when I went to ask the front desk Edwin said they are gone for the day, but he said he will add points sense I am a member for my inconvenience which I don’t know if I received them. The tv did not have good sound. Also I got charged for two days for breakfast and I only ate one day. I booked for 4 days I left a day early, my stay was not good!

All staff were excellent! Every one was very polite and helpful! Checking was easy and fast. Breakfast services were great! All food was fresh and hot. The breakfast staff kept tables, floors and the food bar very clean and were very polite. They maintained the pool daily and kept the pool area clean as well! The first level bathrooms were clean also. Would absolutely stay here again!

It was ok. The pool was disgusting. We left and found a public pool even though that was the whole reason we booked the room. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.
