Our room had roaches, one of the outlets was hanging out of the wall, tile broken in bathroom. The staff was very polite and refunded our money and we left.

The pool was out of order. The vending machines weren’t stocked with drinks. The breakfast was AWFUL. Bagels were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. The pancake machine wasn’t working and there was expired milk in the breakfast fridge. The expired milk in the breakfast fridge was also luke warm. The air conditioner in our room barely worked and the fridge in the room froze food on the bottom shelf and didn’t cool at all on top. Very disappointed in this stay

Breakfast was ok, but coffee was terrible. Pool was not usable. No hot tub. Maintenance could do a better job. Otherwise stay was good.

I specifically picked this room for the jetted tub and it did not work. The employee at the counter was very nice, but didn’t know how to make it work. The mattress was sunk in on one side. It was just disappointing about the tub. I could have gotten a cheaper room instead of paying extra for it.

Sad staycation.
Didnt say online their pool was under renovation. Which is the only reason i booked here.
Breakfast was lack luster. Ran out of everything and only refilled the eggs. Probably wont be back. Halls smell like mildew. Disappointing.

First of all I had already paid for my room and could not get it refunded, my children were looking forward to getting to swim but upon our arrival there was a sign that the pool was closed for maintenance. The room was absolutely not cleaned prior to our check in. There was food crumbs, hairs, and an unknown large black mark on the sheets. The microwave was DISGUSTING probably hadn’t been cleaned in the last 3 guests. When I sent my spouse to report all of this to the front desk he was gone for about 30 minutes and returned stating the staff was nowhere to be found. There was obvious rotting in the ceiling from water damage. I will never stay at this holiday inn again and I had higher expectations for a Holiday Inn having had stayed in some very nice ones before.
