We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the 1) cleanliness, and 2) friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff (Cassy?). Seriously, our room spotless, our room did NOT have any lingering odors (smoke, pets, etc.) and the common areas were clean (and constantly being tended to).

10/10/25 My husband and I came here for one night. We were traveling through and needed somewhere to stay for the night. The room was large and clean. Room came with a small refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast offered here was very good with ample varieties. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Extremely friendly staff at all levels. When we had a small incident it was taken care of promptly. Best hotel in the area.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. The staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained. I like to grab a quick small breakfast and the breakfast food is good.

Booked this last minute for Friday night of LDW based on reviews and price. It was 100% the right call. I was originally looking at Binghampton area and this was flat out cheaper. This hotel also had much better reviews than what I was looking at in Binghampton. Room was clean - very easy location from the highway, staff was super nice even lending me a screwdriver I needed. Breakfast was good as well. Also a very easy drive to Corning where I was starting my day on Saturday. If I'm ever in this area again, I won't hesitate to stay here.

Stopover on route to Princeton. 5 star welcome by Sue at the front desk. Immaculately clean hotel with lovely and hospitable staff who truly want their guests to be happy
