The staff was nice and helpful when I had to switch rooms. They made it easy for me and my family. I wish they had a free breakfast, but it wasn't a big deal.

Able to regulate climate. Continental breakfast not free excellent fruit and buffet pretty going, except Monday morning, when they ran out of some things. Staff great.

Cleaning staff seemed miffed when you asked if they were possibly going to clean our room .. it was 4:00 in the afternoon and this was after they didn’t clean room the prior day. I didn’t do anything about it because it was midnight when we returned to hotel so there we were, making our own bed and trying to sort out which towels were cleanest to re-use .. not good.
