My family and I truly enjoyed our stay overall. The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub and pool weren’t very clean, and when my husband and I went to the bar, it was disappointing that they weren’t stocked. I asked for a Bailey’s martini, but they didn’t carry Bailey’s. I then asked for a Sex on the Beach, but the bartender didn’t know how to make it, and even after looking it up, they didn’t have the liquor to prepare it. In my opinion, if you’re going to have a bar, it should be well-stocked and the staff should know how to make basic drinks.
On top of that, we had to pay for daily parking, and if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional charge as well. I feel these items should be included in the overall price. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming.
At this point, I probably wouldn’t return. However, if parking and breakfast were included in the price and the bar were better stocked, I would definitely consider coming back.

I checked in late, 10:30p, with no issues and checked out around 8:15am so I wasn’t there long. The room was clean, a king with a pull out sofa. The bathroom was clean, shower was nice with good pressure. The shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. I didn’t get breakfast, but I believe you have to pay for it. I’d stay again if needed.

Did not get correct rooms
The hotel was recently renovated so it was clean. However I booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told they no longer had any 2 Queen beds available. They only had rooms with 1 King bed and a pull out couch. This was a guys trip with 4 adults. The pull out couch are far from comfortable and was not what I booked. I made this reservation exactly 1 year in advance. I feel as if I should be compensated either by receiving some reimbursement off the total costs or credited for 2 rooms to use at a later date. I was over 3 hours from home and had no other options of places to stay.

It wasn’t clear that there was a charge to park in the hotel’s surface lot. Received an email of the charge afterwards!
Only mirror is in the bathroom which is inconvenient for a family to all get ready and shower.
