Horrible experience, we checked in and headed right out for the night, got back around midnight and tried to sleep, the heating unit in the room was so loud it was ridiculous. I had the TV on for about a half hour and had to keep the volume on 89 just to hear people talk on the show. The unit kept kicking on and off every few minutes with loud grinding. If it had not been for us being so exhausted we would have changed rooms. I told front desk about it in the morning at check out and no attempt on their part to rectify, I have never experienced this before at other marriotscwe stay at. Waste of money!!!

We didn’t eat breakfast there but we had some drinks at the bar the previous night. We were disappointed that the bar closed at 9:45 and the kitchen wasn’t open. But the hotel was very nice and comfortable.

I wanted to share feedback regarding our recent stay, which was unfortunately one of the worst Marriott experiences we’ve had. Upon arrival, we found black hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower pan, and there was no hair conditioner provided in the room.
The issues continued at breakfast. The cheese and sausage biscuit from the bistro was very tiny and hard simply microwaved rather than freshly prepared, and the waffle was also microwaved. For a breakfast totaling nearly $36, this was extremely disappointing and far below Marriott’s usual standards.
