Staff was great room needs a little more attention like stains on walls. Hopefully wasn’t dried blood nice hotel overall.

We had to switch rooms. The first one had hand print poop smears on the bathroom walls and doors.. a dirty mirror with black weird shapes. The fridge was dirty and it had no sheets blankets pillows for the 2nd pull out bed.
The next room they put us in had a shower covered in other peoples hair at least 15 short curly black hair the mircowave is gross, still no sheets for the second bed and i had to catch and remove 28 stink bugs for my autistic son to sleep.
The front guy seemed a little clueless and was trying to argue

I did not realize this was an exterior entrance, stirwells were dimly lit, and light came in around the door.

Staff were great. Location was great. Very convenient. Rooms need much upgrading. It had everything listed but there was peeling paint and water damage. Room smells of mold and dampness. Pipes in wall made noises intermittently all day and all night.

Terrible stay at the red roof
The front desk not friendly, the room was dirty, the breakfast area had a gas smell ( the front desk person didnt seem to care). The pool was closed down.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I love the tile floor instead of carpet. Pet friendly! The staff was very friendly! I would stay again.

Came here last 5 plus years and always booked two rooms with elderly mom on the way to Florida. Our tv went out, worker came to the room, offered to move us, we can’t when my mom is in the other room, she was sound asleep at 930. Nope, I already booked at Best western next year cause nobody called me to make this right! I should get a kick back for being great customers!
