这次入住，前台小姐们从办理入住到提供饮用水和零食，都非常热情周到。

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of choices for food nearby but very crowded with long wait times for seating.

Dirty dishes in dishwasher. I cleaned then!
Hair dryer did not work and there was no safe in the room as stated on website

Close to excellent with improvements.
Room was fine. The bed was clean and comfortable. The kitchen needs the disposal unit replaced. The bathroom toilet needs the flapper replaced. The toilet kept burping all night long.

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Walk to many restaurants! Hotel was nice. Gym was good. No food included but you have a full kitchen and fridge. So as long as you know that, it’s a great place!

We made a mistake on the website, for the original order, and attempted to cancel the stay, but the hotel not only refused to cancel but charged the card anyway and would not refund the stay. I won't use ******* again because of this, and will continue to give that particular hotel the worst reviews I can.

Smelly, dirty, hair everywhere, AC doesn’t function properly, had to downgrade to another available room just for a cleaner non smelly room with no refund because prepaid with *******

体验非常糟糕！！入住很顺利，但房间很糟糕！窗帘坏了，一开始被告知“用毯子盖住窗户”以保护隐私。结果发现遮光窗帘在薄纱窗帘后面，经理说“工作人员不知道往后看”。电视恢复出厂设置了，无法使用！
换了另一个房间。这个房间弥漫着香烟味、体臭味和****味。电视又坏了。
前台工作人员非常乐于助人，但显然因为客房清洁和管理问题而感到压力很大。短期内不推荐入住！
非常喜欢这家酒店。酒店位置很好，旁边有很多餐厅。房间宽敞舒适。没什么可抱怨的。工作人员也很友好，乐于助人。停车位充足。我一定会再次入住！
三思而后行
客房服务需要改进。第一个房间闻起来像辛辣餐厅的味道，久久萦绕在房间里，令人不快。第二个房间味道一般，但能掩盖辛辣的气味。前台服务很棒！
