Check in took a very long time as there was training if a new front desk agent. The step by step procedure was painful to watch the new employee fail and then try again and then have to edit some mistakes that were made.
Maybe next time do a role playing check in practice with a staff member rather than a guest.

My stay was great, although tv never worked. I did report it lady at front desk on the first night of our stay.

A clean well maintained place of business. The room was clean with my kind of clean expectations. Great environment. Comfortable definitely will only be staying here whenever we are in the area.
噪音很大——无线网络很差，真不明白他们为什么还要提供用iPhone或iPad串流服务——地毯很脏——淋浴喷头不好用，水压也很低——价格是旧金山湾区市中心四星级酒店的三倍，所以这家酒店真的太糟糕了。以后再也不会住了。
它用于商业用途。早餐菜单根据当天略有变化，有炒鸡蛋、香肠、酸奶、百吉饼、松饼、白面包、燕麦片，但都很好吃。房间干净舒适。距离波特兰有点远，如果没有车的话，游览可能会不太方便。如果使用翻译应用程序与工作人员沟通是没有问题的。我认为他们也非常善良。
租一辆车用于商务用途。
离市区有点远，不过30分钟左右就可以到达波特兰，而且酒店周边很安静，自然风光也很多，所以个人来说是最好的。
