We chose this hotel as a suggestion from a family friend. I made our 10 day reservation as I was going to Mayo Clinic for care.
We found 2 cockroaches a few days apart. I took a picture of the first one as my friend swore it was one by researching. Then the second one, i captured in the bathroom and took to the front desk, horrified. The front desk clerk confirmed it was a cockroach.
The assistant manager arrived within minutes for her shift and i spoke with her. I had asked the assistant manager for 50% off of our stay. She called her manager. And he would not do that as he had a business to run. Hmmm. I spoke with him about the situation and he said he would not charge me for 2 nights. The manager was not a delight to work with and was easily upset and insecure. I will never stay there again

Unable to reach anyone by phone from 6:00 am until 1:00 in the afternoon. Sheer curtain on window was not attached at top and was hanging on floor. Other than lack of attention to room condition, the rest was comfortable. Great icemaker in freezer and good shower, but needs additional hand rails! Also toilet way too low to ground unless your a child. No breakfast at all, unless you want to buy an apple or tiny wrinkled mandarin orange

Definately worth the stay
I live this hotel and its covered parking. the rooms are great with the exception of the TVs seem a little small and there is a gap at the bottom of the bathroom door that when I turn on the blow dryer it wakes my husband. Both which I would rather deal with than stay somewhere else.

安全的地下车库很不错，而且步行不到一个街区就能找到很棒的冰淇淋店和炸**。
我们喜欢可以自带食物并在房间里烹饪。唯一不喜欢的是淋浴的水压太小。
