My stay here went well! The room was clean, the area was nice and overall we felt safe. The only thing that was a bummer was the tv didn’t work for our entire stay and they never informed us until after we checked in and asked them about it. Other than that it was good.

Nice place to stay
Front desk & breakfast staff were friendly & inviting. Room was clean, AC worked well. Lobby was well kept. I have used this hotel twice now for personal overnight trips because price is good, location is convenient, and the stay overall is pleasant.

The room was very clean and the staff was outstanding! They were so very friendly and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable that I actually slept all night and that never happens!

The cleanliness was a little concerning, especially in the bathroom. There’s was hair everywhere, which made the stay uncomfortable. Definitely needs better housekeeping attention.

I know there were a few interactions with our front desk during your visit, however I did not see that we were informed about the cleanliness concern. We would have loved the opportunity to promptly address your concern and move your room. While the time frame to report is within the first 2 hrs of checking into your room, we will always do what we can for complete satisfaction. Our front desk is available 24/7 for reasons just as this.
