The king accessible room was very spacious. However the sofa sat way too low and didn’t have a stool or table near it. The bed was a little too firm for us.

The renovation is very nice as are the Keurig and microwave. Very small lobby and the area of location were so-so. Very good selection of bkft items.

The hotel was fine for the price but nothing special. The front desk staff was courteous.
We did have an issue with the elevator which didn't come when called until we had the front desk reset it.

Do not stay next to bar and restaurant.
Gets noisy really badly.
No wonder why hotel provides ear plugs.

Convenient place to stay
Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.

Hotel has very weird layout to get to room i had. But very clean. Good bed. Room smelled good. Breakfast was good. *Big issue upon check in. Paid thru ******* but got a notice on my phone i was charged over $530 at the front desk. Went back and found out I had been checked in under another guests reservation, yet the employee blamed me for it! She (Jackie, I believe) argued with me that i had booked 3 nights when i only booked one. Then argued with me saying i did not prepay through ******* so i had to find my receipt through the app and prove it. Turns out i was right and she had checked me in under a similar last name BUT definitely not the same first name. So instead of apologizing, she said "I told you to read the form before you signed" (no she didn't. She said to fill out my car information and sign). But here is the biggest issue- she took my ID to verify me upon check in. So why would you book me under "Mike" when my ID says "Sherri"? Shifting the blame to the customer for an employees poor performance is not a good look. The amount of time i had to spend to make sure my card was refunded, coupled with the heartburn over the crappy treatment was not worth the great bed, clean room and breakfast.
