非常棒的酒店，房间非常大，卫生间也超级大！两张床都有1.8米。地理位置非常好，就在CBD中心，去各个打卡景点都非常近，基本都在步行15分钟内。
超级好的酒店，位置绝佳，去哪里都很方便，空间超级大，卫生间就得有20平米无障碍，大床超级大，能睡四个人，中甲居然给换了床垫，就是让客人感受不同的床垫，提高舒适感，头一回碰上给换床垫的酒店，不亏是四星级
位置在市中心，city walk方便。房间不是很大但是挺干净卫生的。从南十字星火车站过去稍微有一点距离，坐两站公交或者走路都行。
Novotel central非常方便，四通八达。有电车、也可以步行。周边很多餐饮很方便又好。除了房间比较小😁
位置很好，离唐人街商场超市都很近。对面的咖啡小吃店也很多。 推荐对面Hugo这家日式分量大，咖啡也不错。
这家酒店完全超出我的预期。工作人员非常友好、细心，并且总是乐于助人。我的房间干净、宽敞，住起来非常舒适。酒店设施，特别是泳池和餐厅，都非常棒。地理位置也很方便，离商店和景点都很近。我下次一定会再来，也强烈推荐给大家。
房间第一个问题是洗澡水太小了，手持的莲蓬头水流出来的，没法用。第二个问题是毛巾不更换，第一天没换以后，我看了下也没弃置更替篮，就放在了地上，结果第二天晚上回来还在地上，无语了。
装修还算新，入住退房都是自助的，早饭在一楼，7点电梯才能按1，地段ok，就在市中心。
墨尔本性价比超高的酒店，地理位置很好，步行就可以到华人区，吃饭很方便，酒店设施比较新，很干净，非常棒的体验。
房间小的可怜，当地时间凌晨1点入住，房门一关，天花板的通风口吹出了一大片灰尘。第二天给我换了残疾人的房型，大的出奇，才让一家四口的我们住的稍微舒适了。入住中途被通知说床太老旧需要更换，我们说等我们check out再换吧。他们说会记录下来，外出回来后床也被换了-_-# 看在换成了1.5米大床的份上，原谅他们吧＞_＜
但是如果是我们第一次入住的那一间房，走廊仅供一个人能走动。行李箱都是放在门口才有地方打开。入住我是不太满意的。
房间干净，安静，布置还不错，地点非常好，非常便利，去哪里都方便，附近有好多吃的喝的，没有烟味。可以寄存行李，窗外景色也还可以。
