We had requested a room with a bathtub but when we arrived at the room it was a shower only, the staff worked to get us a room with a tub. Clean facilities and great staff, The coffee could be better.

We were in 314 and went to bed at about 11:00 pm, extremely noisy around 11:15 until around 1:00. It was hard for us to sleep, especially my fiancée. Travel to go to dolphins football games every year and get up early and count on everything being ok. We were starting to like Hampton inns and hiltons. We talked to the guy up front and he said he was going to check the tapes from where the running was coming from on 4th floor. He was saying he will do whatever he can do to make us happy. I was very appreciative and thanked him. Thank you

We were delayed because of car troubles. Called location to assure them we were on our way, but would be very, very late. Arrived at 3 AM. Night Desk Clerk was expecting us, knew us when we walked in. Got us checked in without delay. FIRST CLASS SERVICE !!! Kudos to both evening and overnight staff. Couldn't have been more pleased with your staff.

Clean, helpful staff. However, no outside lights, so very dark (I think a temporary problem, maybe just the night we stayed. Also inadequate towel racks. No place to hang bath towel to dry.

We needed early check-in so we could make it to a wedding and the staff was very accommodating
浴室很不干净，淋浴架上和浴缸边上都挂着脏毛巾。墙里裸露着电线，我猜那里应该是火灾探测器的位置。地毯上还有破洞和磨损，很容易绊住脚。马桶排水很慢，冲水的时候水流很慢。我们请人来看过，结果情况更糟了。我们又请人来看，他只是说马桶排水慢，后来就开始溢水了，却没人管。
枕头很旧了，需要更换。房间里没有收音机闹钟。前台服务非常热情友好，乐于助人。我们会再次入住。
