The heater in the first room we were assigned to did not work, and it was a very cold weekend. The second room that they switched us to had the heater working, but it made loud noises when it turned on, and then the phone did not work in this room.

This was a gross hotel!!! Not $130 worth!!! I have pictures and I will be filling a report for a refund.

Everything was great but the room felt damp. Like the AC only came on when we walked in the door. Sheets & towels felt damp. Spacious room though!

Skip this one! This is not the quality Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in so many times. Several small things but 2 main issues 1) junky broken window blinds - could not raise & see out- a mess. 2) no blanket, choices were the sheet only or top sheet with giant heavy comforter

Front desk staff were very helpful. Night manager was not. There were some safety features that should be added to the bathrooms and lowering the bed base would make getting in and out of bed much easier.

Everything was great as usual as far as most things are concerned. The only complaint I have is the mugginess of the rooms. Even putting the ACon 67, it was extremely muggy and sticky.

Best hotel stay ever!
This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to open the breakfast area early for us, before we checked out at 6am.
The beds were so amazingly comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in years! The bathrooms were top notch.
