Room wasn't bad, food was the averagr hotel food.

Went to check in 2 hours after available check in time only to be told the room wasn't ready. They blamed it on short staff. Once we were let in room, it was only partially cleaned and the one bathroom for 6 people had no shower curtain? The floor was a mess during showers&limited us to bathroom use cause you couldnt get ready while another person was in the shower. Also meant using towels to keep the floor safe for walking instead of use for druing off. Not convenient at all.

The overall environment of the hotel was calm and well-maintained, reflecting thoughtful care in both operations and guest experience.
Highly recommend for anyone seeking a smooth, comfortable, and peaceful stay backed by excellent service. I’ll absolutely return when I am in Dickinson again.
