Went to check in 2 hours after available check in time only to be told the room wasn't ready. They blamed it on short staff. Once we were let in room, it was only partially cleaned and the one bathroom for 6 people had no shower curtain? The floor was a mess during showers&limited us to bathroom use cause you couldnt get ready while another person was in the shower. Also meant using towels to keep the floor safe for walking instead of use for druing off. Not convenient at all.

Very difficult check in with the hotel charging my credit card twice and debit card once. Showed the charges on my accounts but hotel employee insisted no charges went through. Not enough towels. Overall weak showing in general. Wouldn't recommend.

The staff are incredible, always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great every morning we stayed. We make this trip every year and this is the first time we stayed and we will only be staying here from now on.
