I reserved a studio villa at Birch and it has a murphy bed. I honestly think the one weird thing (and I've stayed at other places/hotels with Murphy beds) was there were no sheets ready to go on the bed and pillows were no where to be found. Had to dig around and I found a bag in the closet that had a flat sheet and a pillow, but surely it is all extra bedding. Not even a comforter to be found. Never had to make my own bed in a hotel...

We were not given the room they told us we'd get; just excuses. Only one building has air conditioning and they seem to reserve it for cash paying guests not Marriott members; windows in the non-air conditioned buildings only open a few inches; the bathroom had no far; highway traffic noise is annoyingly loud and continuous; the pool floor was dirty with screaming kids and is too crowded and small for so many rooms and people; the people at the desk were snarly and a Gen-Xer had the audacity to tell us (owners who pay high, multiple Marriott maintenance fees each year) that the hotel mgt. expected us to wash our own towels, when we asked for a few more. When we requested a bath mat, from the same Gen-Xer at the desk, he never sent it up to our room. This facility is way below par with other Marriott's.

The hotel amenities were great and very clean and helpful employees. My only complaint is the studio room is very cramped if using both the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa. I was traveling with my adult daughter so we both wanted our own bed. The listing did not do a very good job of pointing out the bed is a Murphy bed. This room is ok if not using the sleeper sofa.

如果可以给零星，我肯定会给。我是一家度假俱乐部的老板，从芝加哥搬到这个房间住一周。我住在一楼，屋后是一大堆泥土……像个堤坝。更像是树根和杂草。电器噪音很大，发出爆裂和钻孔的噪音。次卧俯瞰着一个建筑垃圾场。哦，对了，这趟美好的一周旅行是我付的钱。我热得要命，但万豪酒店却一点也不在意，这才是真正让我失望的地方。他们说这是我的错，因为我要求的是两居室，而两间卧室背对着堤坝。预订时根本没人提到这一点，事实上，他们说的是可以俯瞰小溪。而且也没有其他空房，他们基本上是让我把我的问题带走……
所以如果我在滑雪季来这里，这间房间应该没问题，设施齐全，也很干净。可惜现在是夏天，我没有阳台可以享用早晨的咖啡或下午的鸡尾酒……而且我的视野是停车场，虽然我能看到山峦越过其他建筑物和停车场。这是一次回头客，因为万豪给了我一个“优惠”，如果我回来考虑购买分时度假的话。但最终没有，因为我对这里的整体印象并不好。如果你要住在这里，一定要订一间有山景和阳台的房间，至少要有景观。
