Our stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my request and needs. There were a couple of things about the room we noticed. The door was sticking or dragging the floor but it did close and lock. The tub wasn't draining quickly, water was standing while showering.and bathroom had a sewage smelled somewhat.

Staff was amazing! Very friendly every time walking through the halls they would say hello. The room was clean and beds were so comfy after a very very long weekend at the race track. My husband races and when we came back to the room he was physically and mentally exhausted and sacked out quickly! Thank you for the best hotel visit we’ve had in a long time! This will be our hotel choice every time we visit Rockingham Dragway each year!

Although the room (210) was clean for the most part, there were areas that weren’t cleaned at all, and there were several items that should be addressed by maintenance staff.
The bathroom sink area was dirty. It appeared as though someone wiped the countertop but did clean it. The TV (which was in my opinion rather undersized), mirrors, and sink/ countertop had a layer of film on it. The top of the shower wall had fake eyelashes laying on it. The bathroom door was off, making it difficult to close. There was some paint splatter in places on the shower wall, door, and wall probably from previous ceiling repairs. Unfortunately, it was certainly in an area that should have been scrubbed after a normal checkout cleaning, but never had been done. The center drawer in the dresser was unable to close unless you pulled out the other two drawers, lined them up and shut all three at the same time. The faces of the drawers were misaligned. The door that conceals the refrigerator was difficult to open due to it dragging on the floor, creating a rub spot. The tiles in the bathroom were not level, creating a small tripping hazard. The floor outside the room in the hallway was creaking under the carpet. The men’s bathroom nearest the lobby/ front desk door was almost off the hinges due to some screws being very loose.

Didn't get a chance to use the breakfast or the pool. The staff was great and the room was superb.

The bathrooms were dirty and tub and shower had many hairs on it. The whole hotel had a bad smell and was very dim. Maybe just outdated. It wasn’t the typical Holiday Inn experience.
