The room was clean and excellent for wheelchair access. Some hotels advertised accessible by adding additional grab bars in the tub. Handicapped parking was available and close to the main entrance. Very good facilities for people with limited mobility.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. We would certainly stay there again.

Very disappointed
Tried to cancel my reservation and was given a run around. Have to talk to manager who would contact me. That was Oct. 1 and have not heard from them.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and recommended an Italian restaurant that was a short walk down the busy but sidewalked street. Room was clean, bed was comfy, AC unit was typically hotel loud but pumped out cold air. Same with the little refrigerator worked well but loud. The breakfast was good typical hotel fare. Coffee was good. We had to cancel one night of our stay. We booked through ******* and we were refunded the difference quickly with no problem. If you are in Hope Mills and need a couple nights stay I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, attentive to needs. Rooms were clean and nice. Close to every food option, most walking distance. Needs were comfy. Adequate breakfast. Some bulbs out in lighted mirror on bathroom. Also need a flat bench in the right room. Other than that, excellent stay.

The room had a bathtub and in the next room had the most gorgeous huge shower that we’ve ever seen (and we’ve done a lot of traveling).

We return to Hope Mills/Fayetteville annually to visit family. This hotel is exactly like family to us as well. Always request our favorite room. 517. Top floor end of hallway. Staff are so friendly and hotel is easy to reach from the airport. Plenty of free parking. Free dinner meals Tuesday-Thursday.
