Staff, location and rate per night was great, but hotel was very dated, no pool and no lobby or sitting area to relax in. Hence the rate 👍

our AC broke down and we needed a place to stay near by. Sonesta was budget friendly and near by. I was surprised on how comfortable the bed and how well I slept.

Good value for the price. One thing that needs an upgrade is the charging options - there are no USB plug ins for charging - seems very old fashioned.

Had an overall great stay. Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. Room came with everything as advertised. Laundry is payed by an app that has you add a minimum of $10 so if you're only washing one load you'll have an unspent balance that won't be refunded. Other than that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Great property
Very comfortable room but needed some light maintenance. The pictures were either old or stock pictures. The store presented in the photos is not at the property. The store they have is across from the front desk and is a mini fridge for drinks and a few shelves with items.

Very dated and smelled badly all the way to room on 3rd floor, elevator felt lie it was fixing to fall , room was clean and comfortable
