Nice modern clean hotel and rooms. I have stayed here multipole times for work. The rooms are always nice and clean. They have a large desk area for working. The staff is always attentive. Also, the location is great becuase it is in the midst of the Green Bay Stadium area.

Would not stay at this hotel again. Had my purse gone through while it was in my room and money taken. Unfortunately, it is my word against the staff there. I did file a police report but I suspect I won't be seeing my money. Had to cancel all my accounts due to not knowing what else was stolen.

Terrible Experience at Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Green Bay was extremely disappointing due to false charges and unhelpful staff. I was wrongly charged for something I didn’t do, and when I approached the front desk to resolve the issue, the manager was uncooperative and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the unwillingness to correct their mistakes ruined my experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. A hotel stay should be stress-free, not riddled with unwarranted charges and unresponsive staff.

Stayed at hotel for a work trip. Great location and parking. Room and hotel In general very clean. Internet was sub par in sleeping room. When I brought it to someone's attention I was told by an employee that if I was not happy I could pay for the better internet. All I was trying to do was check emails and chat at the same time. Came off a little rough. Other bad experience I had with staff was during my business meeting at the hotel, I asked the lady working the front desk about a menu for the on site restaurant. I followed her because she was talking to me and I was in a hurry to get the menu... all of a sudden I was near the bar area and she turned around and snapped at me to back up. As a former Restaurant GM I am used to kitchens but also I did not attend to make it seem I was in her space. I feel this reaction was uncalled and I feel the Hilton Garden Inn did not live up to customer service standards. I ended up not eating at their restaurant mainly out of that situation.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Place was spotless and the staff very friendly. My room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the close proximity to Lambeau was a plus. Hats off to the general manager Alexa who had to fill in as bartender. Jacki at the front desk was very nice. I definitely would recommend staying here.

When I arrived nobody was at front desk. Phone kept ringing and I must have spent 5-7 minutes waiting for somebody. After using the restrooms and coming back there was still nobody at front desk with phone still ringing. After awhile somebody showed up and 3 different people then showed up. Not sure what happened? Room was nice and clean. Location is great (2 blocks from Landau)...breakfast was your typical buffet....I did use gym and separate treadmillike room....I even used the hot tub which was nice.

The hotel needs better ventilation or something. The greasy smell of breakfast permeates the entire hotel and my clothes even smelled. The front desk manager was extremely rude to us, and I would never stay here again. She insinuated I had never stayed at a Hilton before when she had to know I was a Diamond member.

We chose this location for its proximity to the stadium area. We were very impressed with this hotel. All the staff we interacted with (front desk and bartender) were sincerely friendly. The hallways and rooms were clean and modern. The room was organized very well with a desk and work chair along with a comfortable chair plus ottoman. There was a lot of storage space and the Keurig coffeemaker was convenient. There is no breakfast included, you can purchase breakfast in the lobby bar/restaurant area.

Good location and clean modern rooms. Close to big event venues which can impact pricing and value. If Breakfast buffet included would be a big bump. It was kind of busy when I got here. You definitely could hear some louder people and kids even after midnight.

We spent a night here when passing through Green Bay. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. The hotel is near the stadium and not too far from downtown. Breakfast is not included, but made to order meals are available. This a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Green Bay.
