Not great... The 2nd star is for the staff, otherwise a 1 star. Pullout couch was filthy—our teenaged son slept on top with sheets covering it. I wouldn’t want to sit on it either.
Carpet was disgusting—visibly dirty and also sticky to the touch. Wear shoes!
Furniture in disrepair… torn chairs, wobbly dresser drawers.
Bathtub basin (non-slip surface) yellowed due to age (not housekeeping).
Drain system is hilarious… when you run the tub drain, you hear “glug, glug, glug” in the bathroom sink and in the kitchen sink.
Parking—$$$!! Ridiculous, but perhaps “normal” for Bricktown properties.
HVAC unit is LOUD—perhaps original to the property.
Positives: location (walk to basketball, baseball, or Bricktown fun), staff was always kind and hardworking. Front desk tried to make the pullout couch situation right by giving us a comp. Housekeeping is doing their best (only so much you can do).
The place needs a total remodel, or at least our room (319). At the very least, a deep clean of the carpet and furniture. Yikes. Wish we would not have booked a non-refundable room. And stayed at one of the Hilton properties close by.

There was a cockroach in our room and the house keeper knocked 3 times starting at 730 in the morning.

酒店回复: We take any issues of pests extremely seriously and go to great lengths to ensure our rooms do not contain pests of any kind. Not only do staff members perform thorough inspections when cleaning the rooms, but the hotel also contracts a third-party vendor for preventative pest control monthly. hope this has restored your faith in us. The whole room wasn't inviting. I would not have accepted that room if we were staying more than 1 day. The room just wasn't clean looking. I remembered staying years ago and it was really nice , but I think it has gonna down hill since then.

Lobby area and breakfast area pretty nice. hallways and rooms no so much. for the price you guys are renting these rooms for. I should be able to dry off with a towel that I can't see through. thermostat in room said it was 98 or 48 or 67 blank couldn't control the heat or coolness of room. Mattress I think the kids have been playing WWE wresting shouldn't have to say much else about that. $23 a night parking tightest parking in brick town. to some up my 2 evening stay I'd say for the price you guys are charging for room rate and +$ to park I wouldn't recommend your place.

Very noisy from vehicles adjacent to the building, limited parking even with a parking fee. I would get a room on the opposite side of the hotel if I stay there again. But the parking is a problem.

Everytime I come here the staff is so friendly and helpful.
Everything always works in the room, its always clean and doesnt have a smell.
90% of the time i dont get to make it to breakfast but the times i have it is fresh and tasts good.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. We stayed there on a night that there was a concert or something in town and there were tons of people outside the hotel. It was pretty loud in our room at times, but nothing too crazy. Just don’t expect silence on a busy Saturday night. Loved how walkable the area is. Being right on the Riverwalk is great. Will definitely stay here again.
