They canceled my reservation without calling or emailing me but still charged me for the night. I had a reservation for 2 weeks for work, my work in another state delayed me so I showed up a day later, mind you I already paid in full for the 2 weeks, the receptionist told me they canceled my reservation as a no show, I told her but I paid in full and I am here, she told me well we gave your room away. I will never stay at a candlewood again. I travel all over the US for work and stay in motels at least 85% of the year and NEVER have had this happen, I have been a day late before but the motel would call and confirm I was still coming and keep my room.. I mean I still pay for the entire stay including the day I wasn't there. So this place just lost my business...

Great Staff!! Ms. Penny her Assistant were the best! Helpful and courteous and very very nice. Will stay again and will recommend. Wish there was a cheap broom to sweep the kitchen. But 5Stars all the way do I give it. A win win for any guest

I selected this hotel because I am a loyal IHG member and owner. I wanted to use my points for a deep discounted 10 day visit with my son and his family over the Thanksgiving holidays. I also wanted the mini kitchen in each of the rooms for convenience. The staff are super helpful and deserve all the credit for the hard work they do. However, the place needs some serious attention. In the first room, the heat didn’t work. I was moved to another room which was good except the coffee pot didn’t work. Then we had to move again because they are installing carpet. That next room was filled with bugs. After they got the bugs out, the room was pretty okay. Heat doesn’t really work but I decided not to mention it even though it is in the 40’s and 50’s outside. The fridge makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, the room is okay. The carpet is new so hurrah! But, I think they could do a lot other more important upgrades besides the carpet, like some serious heat options. I don’t recommend this hotel. I doubt I will select this IHG brand again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff is AWESOME and responsive to all of our needs. Our room was comfortable and served all of our needs. This hotel is conveniently located with lots of places to shop and eat close by. We were treated with an abundance of professional kindness.

It is an old hotel that is undergoing a facelift. There is a fresh coat of paint on most walls and the carpet has been replaced in most areas. There is a dingy odor throughout. And there is a worn-out feeling to the building. My main complaint is about the price. I paid almost $170 for the room. That is clearly not a good deal for the area. I’ll find another hotel on my next visit to the area.
