Staff were wonderful. Elevators were out of order so had to ride share the one service elevator the whole time. Charge for parking--I didn't see that when I booked. A bit worn down interior.
Close to airport--best in area.

Excellent gym. Front desk told me no breakfast included and said later I had breakfast and it was too late. So I got takeouts. Not happy with that.
But everything else great experience. Great staff. Excellent. I like ******* showing total price. ******* excellent.

They charge you for everything, even a glass of milk. No continental breakfast. It was ok but not the best.

Some select service hotel include continental breakfast, but as a DoubleTree by Hilton, loyalty program members have the opportunity to use a daily food and beverage credit towards those items. Good hotel
Nice hotel across the street from the Houston Hobby airport terminal. Comfortable bed. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and there are not many places to eat within walking distance.
