Upon arrival, my Friends and I were informed that the twin bedrooms we had booked, which included breakfast and private bathrooms, were not available. Instead, we were offered significantly smaller rooms with an interior courtyard and a shared toilet facility for six rooms. When I explained to the receptionist that we had specifically booked twin bedrooms, we were eventually given rooms that more closely resembled the images on your website, but we were charged an additional 2600 pesos for this "upgrade." Furthermore, neither of the rooms had a functioning shower. We were provided with a bucket and a cup to use instead. The toilet, while present, required us to manually flush it using water from the bucket as the flushing mechanism was not operational. Despite having booked our stay with breakfast included, we were informed upon arrival that breakfast was not available on-site. The receptionist suggested we dine at a nearby restaurant, where we would be required to pay a minimum of 100 pesos per person per day for a single dish called "Tabsilo." We declined this offer. The overall condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence, including the additional charge, the rooms themselves, and the makeshift bathroom facilities.

The hotel is well built located along the main road and fronting the seaside. Construction was going on for a seaside board walk when we stayed for the trip. This will be a great place to enjoy the sea. The rooms are big, but unfortunately not well design for a hotel. This could have been a great hotel if the building design and construction was done professionally. But it serves the purpose of a safe place to stay in the island.
