The rooms were clean and looks like they recently had a refresh. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. This was one of the first times I reserved a wheelchair accessible room online, and actually got a wheelchair accessible room when I checked in!

Staff was excellent, offering great advice on local restaurants and stores. Breakfast was certainly acceptable and plentiful. Room was clean with the expected amenities. Overall, a very good hospitality experience.

Very nice, friendly staff at check in and check out. Whole place smelled good, clean, decorated for fall made it seem welcoming. Room was fantastic! Comfortable bedding, super quiet, shower was like a spa! Really liked the Alice + Co bath products. Free breakfast was an added plus! Will stay again!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the person handling breakfast did excellent. Only wish there was a small freezer compartment in refrigerator as I have cold packs needing to be refrozen!

I was really pleased with the location and the condition of this hotel. We only stayed one night (passing through), but it was clean & quiet, and the breakfast the next morning was filling. As a side note, we ate at the Old Fort restaurant for dinner, which was literally right down the street. I recommend it, as well!
