The person at the front desk was outstanding. She was smart, courteous and cheerful. She made you feel very welcome to stay there. Room was clean and parking was safe and convenient.

The room was in decent condition; however, there was a slightly musty smell, due to it being an older hotel. It’s fair to say there were two events going on this weekend that caused hotels to be sold out in the area. I booked and paid for my double bed room in advance but actually received a room with a King bed and a sleeper sofa. I was disappointed and continue to not understand why what I requested, booked and paid for was not honored. It was booked based on what the system said was available. When I mentioned it to staff as I was leaving, the receptionist at the desk was friendly and apologetic and named that the room with a sofa bed was an intentional compromise.

Check in took forever the reception was having a difficult time getting me checked in

What was very disappointing was the breakfast it was very unsatisfactory for a Mariot hotel

Check in was very courteous and friendly. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Would certainly stay there again.
Hotel is in the process of refurbishing and is with showing a little bit of age, but the cleanliness made up for it.

Hotel is under renovation, but very clean and quiet. The room is large and very clean. Bathrooms with plenty of towels and very clean although a little small. Good variety with the breakfast menu and very clean area. Easy on and off from the interstate price was reasonable for this day.

The hotel room was very nice. The staff, super friendly. My only negative is that we could hear the cars on the highway and there was a flashing light somewhere near by that we could see in the room so had to close the blackout curtains.
