The room was very clean, the ac worked well (which isnt always the case in hotels), staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, the view was stunning. Def would stay again!

Beds were stiff and pillows paper thin. The view from the room was plesant and the restuarnt was decent. Probably cant expect much more than this in that area of the state.

I grew up in Suffolk and moved away due to joining the military. Often times when I cme back home i would stay at this establishment because it was nice and clean. However, that is no longer the case. The 3rd floor hall smells like animal urine. It was a horrible smell. The carpet in my room was dirty as well. The toilet did not flush unless you held the flusher down. I will not be staying here again.

I always enjoy staying at the Hilton Suffolk. The staff is consistently friendly, and the rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed for accessibility. During my last visit, I had a beautiful view, which made the stay even better. This location will definitely be my go-to whenever I’m in Suffolk, VA.

Well I asked for two queen’s but got a king with roll out cot. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bathrooms definitely need updating I did not take a shower as brown water came out ..

Yes checked in late. Excellent room amenities. Front clerk attendant is professional. Explained facilities, store open 24 hours. Nice to arrive to this hotel after flyingbfrom shreveport LA TO DC then driving 4 hours to suffolk.

The hotel was very well maintained. The restaurant and bar were nice. The view of the wharf was beautiful!

The room was very modern. There were some odd things such as several holes where the toilet paper holder has been reattached many times. The AC doesn’t have a constant fan setting which makes for an extremely loud stay. Our room was close to the elevator so every time the elevator moves you can hear it very clearly. In addition, you can hear all of the echoes from the lobby. Overall comfortable but definitely bring your earplugs.

Savannah at the front desk was great and helpful in changing our room from two queens to a king bed despite online stating all king rooms were sold out. She offered to switch us without me even asking. Thank you!
