Loved everything. We come back every year for a Pitt football game. Very convenient to the stadium and downtown dining.

WiFi is very spotty and slow
When no games or events area isn’t safe
Parking is expensive
Hit or miss with staff, some helpful some not
Unreasonably expensive for what you get
Common area bathrooms not cleaned

Beautiful property especially the main entrance. BUT it is currently being renovated so it sort of takes away from the grandness of the old property. Maybe they should advise potential folks it is undergoing a facelift.

Hotel is dated, lobby decor is odd and doesn’t fit the rest of the hotel, restaurant was also dated and dark with below average service. Was a good location if going to a baseball or football game. Needs a face lift. Could be a really cool hotel.

噪声特别大，早晨才发现，窗户外2米就是巨大的几个空调室外机。不知道是不是专门的。洗脸池也是坏的，窗帘拉不上

太失望了！我们付了钱住一流的酒店，但抵达后发现淋浴坏了，这让我们在开了6个小时的车之后很不开心。
然后，我们8:45订不到客房服务，尽管他们应该开到9点。他们甚至都没接电话。
一切都很好，除了他们没有提供洗漱用品。
从第二天开始就不提供毛巾和肥皂了，而且你必须支付所有住宿天数的费用，而不仅仅是第一天的费用。
