酒店回复: I apologize that your time with us was not enjoyable. Please know the images you captured were mid-cleanup from an electrical fire in the building. Wallpaper is lifted and removed so fans can dry the water from between the walls, and then placed back once complete. Unfortunately this can be a lengthy process, especially when the sprinkler system goes off. I hope you'll give us another chance so you can see this is not a regular occurrence at our property.

Everything was fine. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express but wanted to give this a try. Lady up front was very nice and good, but the stay was not any better than I had been getting. Probably go back to Holiday Inn Express next time through.

The room smelled like mold. There were 4 black bugs in the bathroom. The water in the gym was empty. I asked the staff to refill the water and it was never done. In the morning the breakfast staff was unable to keep up. Several families had to cancel their orders. Not up to Marriott standars

Pool was open and clean, hot tub was broke however we were able to figure out how to make it operational. Service was great.
No complaints on my end.

Stayed just one night, and everything was great except Thursday Night Football was unwatchable because of the TV in my room. Front desk was unable to get someone from maintenance to assist with a remote control.

There was no hot water. Which meant no showers which being in 80-90 degree weather was no fun.
The “coffee “ shop in the lobby definitely not worth the cost

Nice location, good price and comfortable rrom
We had the unfortunate experience with another room on our floor having a small electrical fire. We all had to evacuate at 10:15pm, but it was very orderly and well managed. After a reasonably short time, we were allowed back to our rooms. The room was nice, clean and prepared/personalized for our arrival! I would consider staying here again, as the proximity to OU and other points of interest was great. Bummer on the issue, but they handled it and us well.

I had multiple flies, a beetle, and a large roach in my room. There was food on the ground outside a lot and I notified staff a couple times without them doing anything over a 24 hour period
