Wallpaper is lifted and removed so fans can dry the water from between the walls, and then placed back once complete. Unfortunately this can be a lengthy process, especially when the sprinkler system goes off. I hope you'll give us another chance so you can see this is not a regular occurrence at our property.

Stayed just one night, and everything was great except Thursday Night Football was unwatchable because of the TV in my room. Front desk was unable to get someone from maintenance to assist with a remote control.

No hot water
There was no hot water. Which meant no showers which being in 80-90 degree weather was no fun.
The “coffee “ shop in the lobby definitely not worth the cost

Nice location, good price and comfortable rrom
We had the unfortunate experience with another room on our floor having a small electrical fire. We all had to evacuate at 10:15pm, but it was very orderly and well managed. After a reasonably short time, we were allowed back to our rooms. The room was nice, clean and prepared/personalized for our arrival! I would consider staying here again, as the proximity to OU and other points of interest was great. Bummer on the issue, but they handled it and us well.

Had dead crickets in the floor and my 10 year old daughter found un known pills in the floors.

I had multiple flies, a beetle, and a large roach in my room. There was food on the ground outside a lot and I notified staff a couple times without them doing anything over a 24 hour period

It’s hot
The hotel lobby was hot, like they were trying to save money on air-conditioning. My room was nearly 90°. I had to turn the air conditioning on low and keep it blasting on low in order to get it cooled off which seem to take three hours even when I got it cooled down it was having trouble keeping up.

The front desk ladies were nice. Super busy! The room was dirty. The floor had not been swept. There was things on the floor which made it obvious it hadn't been. The night stands had not been cleaned. Which made me believe nothing had been cleaned. The sheets were at least clean.

Staff was great but AC out in all common areas for entire week we were there. Room AC worked great but air extremely humid. Refrig in room did not work. Great gym.
