Has everything you need
We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed staying here. Beds were super comfortable, staff was exceptional and having the shuttle available to use as our DD to/from the local bar was a huge bonus. They also had a washer/dryer available at no cost. My only complaint is that the pool was not very clean (although it didnt stop us from using it), and I wish there was coffee more readily available. We would stay here again.

Staff was helpful and considerate even though we arrived later in the evening. The next morning, we missed breakfast; however, the staff offered a coffee drink that could be made, which we greatly appreciated and accepted.

Staff was friendly, but room was in poor condition. Lighting was horrible over the sink- where we apply makeup. Shower floor was very slippery for some reason, and the shower handle was broken and you either had scalding hot water or luke warm. Tv was broken, had to have maintenance come fix it. Outgoing calls didn’t work on the rooms phone. All the switch plates were old and cracked. Looked like it needed some serious fixes.

因为电话线被雷击了，我们很难联系上前台，所以没法坐酒店班车从机场过来。除此之外，酒店还是不错的。我们特别喜欢那个恒温泳池。大堂有个小酒馆营业到晚上10点，而且前台24小时都可以买到小吃和三明治。我们早上5:30用了免费班车服务去机场，被告知班车服务早上4点就开始了。
我预订了一间带双人床的特大床房，结果被安排到了另一间双人床房。工作人员给我换了房间后，情况变得更糟了。地板上弥漫着浓重的尿味，我不得不去沃尔玛买地毯喷雾。我用过的毛巾和洗衣服扔在地板上，等着他们清理和更换，结果还是不得不联系客房服务部，让他们帮我换毛巾和洗脸巾。不知何故，电视遥控器在HDMI模式下无法调低音量，我们没法用游戏机看流媒体频道，因为电视声音太大了。
我们看到广告上说房间可以携带宠物入住，所以我们不得不住在洪水区域，别无选择，只能躲在被水淹没的房子里，我们要求退款，但没有收到酒店是否会满足我们要求的回复。
