I stay here every year i come to the Florida and Georgia game. I like the hotel, staff is always nice. Good in my book

Clean rooms, staff were amazing. Shuttle driver was outstanding and super friendly
因为电话线被雷击了，我们很难联系上前台，所以没法坐酒店班车从机场过来。除此之外，酒店还是不错的。我们特别喜欢那个恒温泳池。大堂有个小酒馆营业到晚上10点，而且前台24小时都可以买到小吃和三明治。我们早上5:30用了免费班车服务去机场，被告知班车服务早上4点就开始了。
员工很友好！而且离机场也很近。
我预订了一间带双人床的特大床房，结果被安排到了另一间双人床房。工作人员给我换了房间后，情况变得更糟了。地板上弥漫着浓重的尿味，我不得不去沃尔玛买地毯喷雾。我用过的毛巾和洗衣服扔在地板上，等着他们清理和更换，结果还是不得不联系客房服务部，让他们帮我换毛巾和洗脸巾。不知何故，电视遥控器在HDMI模式下无法调低音量，我们没法用游戏机看流媒体频道，因为电视声音太大了。
我们看到广告上说房间可以携带宠物入住，所以我们不得不住在洪水区域，别无选择，只能躲在被水淹没的房子里，我们要求退款，但没有收到酒店是否会满足我们要求的回复。
