我们来这家酒店是为了家庭聚会。以前也来过。先说说好的方面。Cindy是最好的员工。我们原计划提前一天抵达。Cindy非常乐于助人，确保我们能调整预订，提前一天入住并保留同一房间。对Cindy的帮助能力非常满意。早餐很好，干净且食物充足。

现在来说说不太好的方面。我们被告知客房服务会在三天后进行。到了第四天晚上，我们询问客房服务什么时候会打扫我们的房间。他们告诉我们，我们的房间安排在第二天。我们只得到了两条毛巾。第二天，还是没有客房服务。我们再次询问客房服务人员何时会打扫我们的房间。他们说他们一周只打扫一次房间。也许是沟通不畅。当天晚些时候我们确实拿到了干净毛巾。

酒店门前的区域有桌椅供人休息和会面。桌子的底座是水泥的。水泥正在碎裂，水泥碎屑和灰尘到处都是。在我们入住期间，那里一直没有被打扫过。我的家人吃完早餐，我们想和经理谈谈我们在酒店遇到的一些问题。当我们询问前台时，他们告诉我们“如果经理有时间”我们才能和他谈。我们在用餐区等了30多分钟，他也没有过来。

我们以前的家庭聚会也住过这家酒店，但感觉这家酒店的品质似乎一直在下降。

又旧又恶心

我们根本没在房间里住。我们住在309房间。一出电梯就闻到湿地毯的味道。我们房间的门看起来像是被人踢开过，然后又重新刷了油漆。房间是两居室套房，房间里弥漫着同样的淡淡气味。抬头一看，天花板塌陷了。后来补了补，甚至都没打磨一下。下一期你还能看到天花板上有个气泡。窗帘底部到处都是黄色污渍。浴室地板上还有看起来像凝胶的东西。我们决定去听音乐会，然后晚上开车回来。太恶心了。完全不符合我们对万豪酒店的期待。

Chris who worked the desk in the evening was always friendly & helpful. However the morning of our check-out the cleaning staff was informed the our room was vacant and he was met at the door by my husband, I was in the shower. He apologized and showed my husband that the room was marked vacant on his paperwork. When I mentioned it to the young woman at the desk upon our departure her apology showed a lack of sincerity that the male cleaning staff nearly walked on me. This was very disappointing.

Cleaner room, not dusty, to have Clorox wipes to clean the room, to have all the necessary cookware and stuff for cooking(missing pan, cooking spoon, knife), to have salt and pepper, cooking olive oil. To have dishes sponge and soap(we have to ask front desk staff for this items) and dishwasher soap
