Requested shampoo, wad told it would be provided, it was not. Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous but not very helpful.

房间陈旧，清洁不到位，桌子上有很多灰尘污渍，窗户内侧有蜘蛛网，地毯磨损严重，热水浴缸的开关也坏了。我跟经理反映过这些问题，但至今没有得到解决。
我们通常很喜欢住在希尔顿酒店，但这家酒店的位置实在太差了。停车场的塌陷（不是他们的错）可能是这家酒店的一个预兆。酒店的床和枕头可能是我住过酒店中最不舒服的，就像80年代的折叠沙发一样舒服。地毯肮脏不堪，而且有异味（他们使用的喷雾只会让情况更糟）。清洁人员的服务态度很差，有几个人很粗鲁（在客人下电梯之前就上电梯，还在客人正在电梯入口处吸烟时当着他们的面抱怨）。餐厅在繁忙时段人手不足（餐厅的工作人员很友善，并对客人长时间等待表示歉意）。这些只是这家酒店的部分问题。虽然我们还会再来希尔顿酒店，但不会再来这家酒店了。
