我已经办理入住手续了。我打电话给前台，问是否有人可以教我如何使用空调。维修人员过来教了我。一个小时后，我正在穿衣服，门突然开了。酒店员工怎么能这么粗心大意？从那时起，我一直很担心有人会突然闯进来。这真的太让人无法接受了。想想看，你上次入住酒店，刚办理完入住手续，就有人直接打开你的门进来，是什么时候？你们真的需要改进一下。我的电话号码是************，如有任何疑问，请联系我。
直到第二天早上我才意识到床单脏了。之前的人来月经了。如果你仔细看看马桶座圈，就能发现他们把一些污渍弄到马桶座圈上。虽然污渍很淡，但还是很严重。真恶心。
房间看起来不太干净，浴室门锁不上，马桶冲水也不好，我还看到两只害虫。我们睡得很不舒服，整晚都睡不着，空调也断断续续，让我有点不舒服。以后再也不住这家酒店了。
我们试图重新安排时间，但港务局说要改到周三来，却说他们帮不了我们。
我从未入住过这家酒店，不得不取消我的感恩节计划，即使我有保险，仍然需要付费
办理入住花了一点时间，工作人员没说太多话。
