The room was very clean. Pillows were a bit soft and the noise from kids running back and forth til 10pm or so was not fun. By passed breakfast due to to too many people.

The room was very clean, I was really impressed with the room. We had more than enough towels and it really was spotless!
The breakfast was just ok but the customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

I wouldn’t know anything about it because you guys overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room for me. Still trying to figure out if you refunded in my account, but I can’t even talk to a human being. As soon as I get this situated, I’m deleting the app.

I don't know why we were the given a handicap room. Room was clean. Bed was very high.

The only negative was the fire alarm went off at 12:30am……rang a good 15 minutes

The hotel itself is fine. It was the friendly staff that made our stay so pleasant. They were welcoming and helpful.

The amenities in the room we booked were what you would find in a Five Star hotel. Very modern with electronic facilities galore for charging up iPads, cell phones, etc.
