Had someone try to get into my room in the middle of the night. When I mentioned handicapped I assumed they would put closer to front desk and breakfast but was really far away.

The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. Traveling with our dogs and kids was a breeze! Had we not been traveling to our next destination, we would have stayed longer!

The property itself was amazing. There were so many amenities to choose from. The only thing that I didn’t like was the people or housekeeping in the room next door were so loud. This happened early in the morning. They were pounding in the walls and woke us up.

The facility was clean and updated. The check-in staff was very welcoming. Even though it was an older hotel the updates were tastefully done. It would have been nice to have a few healthier choices for breakfast.

The entire hotel is very clean and well kept. The pool was excellent! Very clean and well maintenanced. The staff was very kind and easy to talk to.

This room was disgusting. It had a weird smell that turned out to be from the HVAC unit which was so filthy it smelled like burning filth and set off the smoke alarm when it kicked on. There was a clump of someone else’s long hair in the shower. And then, while on the phone with the front desk about the smoke alarm I looked down to see a live cockroach on my shoe.

While the staff was very friendly the “handicapped” room left a lot to be desired. Apparently they think all you have to do is install a grab bar on the bathtub. This was supposed to be a “wheel-in” shower. The first room I had wasn’t even handicapped accessible, even though they claimed it was. They were very nice about changing the room though. The rooms are dated but very clean. For $20 more you can get a suite at Springhill.

I arrived late and had a brief stay. Looks like the pool and hot tub would have been enjoyable but I ran out of time.

早餐是我这辈子吃过最棒的早餐之一。每次开车经过这个地区，我都会选择这家酒店。一切都恰到好处，他们的服务也非常棒！
