We had the family concierge swim up suite and highly recommend the extra cost. Having a pool outside your door with kids is great and our concierge Ricardo helped us with daily reservations and schedules. There is also a family check in lounge with snacks and a bar cart. Only complaint would be the music level at night is not that kid friendly. Ours didn’t like being around the band because it’s noisy and then could hear it from the room until about 10:30 pm every night. Kids club and water slide area were also very nice and convenient with constant golf cart service. Also some gaps in food service at beach and before lunch could be filled in with grab and go options besides the chips and candy provided.
All in all we really had a nice time!

The property itself was an amazing! I will say this, if you’re going to do an excursion, make sure you do it with the property and not 3rd party. Paradisus Grand Cana is a resort that takes everything into account and pays attention to detail.

毫无疑问，这是我住过的最棒的酒店。这是一家名副其实的高端酒店，餐饮部的贵宾服务尤其出色，特别是Jorge、Mirquiades、Sergio、Moreta和Abraham的服务。抵达酒店后，全天供应各种高级饮品和鲜榨果汁——真是个惊喜！
