All was good, but they had no cups in the room the entire 3 day stay. Also, it is odd to provide an ironing board and no iron. We had a special occasion the second day of our stay, and my wife needed to iron. They gave us an iron, but knocked on the door at 10:15 p.m. that night to ask for it back....

I know that its great that you have 24 hour availability for house keeping but they’re making too much noises outside of the motel. I can even hear the trash can moving very hard outside. My daughter and I kept waking up in the middle of the night because of the noise.

It’s not a bad stay considering the affordability. However, there’s two issues I had with my room: the smell, and the flooring. Originally, I had thought I brought in the cigarette smell from the balcony since it’s pretty much an open smoking area. It wasn’t until I confirmed my room that I realized the scent in the room was actually a lingering smell of ****. If that ends up being you, prop the window open, blast the AC, and leave the bathroom vent on to air it out. Now, I’m not sure if it’s the floor cleaner they use, but my bedroom flooring had a sticky residue which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot on. I had to wear socks and my shoes indoors to avoid that uncomfortable stickiness it leaves on your foot. The bathroom flooring was unaffected, so at least you can avoid it after a shower. Also, there’s no hairdryer, which is a minor thing, but would be nice to have considering that they had a steaming iron.
The pros is that the price was relatively cheap and there were things I liked that other motels I’ve stayed at didn’t offer. There’s a table, and I prefer that over a side desk, especially if you’re rooming with another and they have to eat standing up or on the bed. The fridge is a good size, and the microwave’s small, but worked fine. The bathroom’s clean, good water pressure, and lighting is pretty good too. Unfortunately, the smell and floor residue wasn’t something I could ignore, which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Room clean m. No luxury as you can expect for price, but clean and fine Exactly what I wanted for $88 stay on a football weekend. Only bad part… there was no shampoo in room.

The room was clean. It is an older hotel, but the bed was comfortable and clean. Stayed one night for the Aggie game. Can’t beat the price or the convenience. They let us check in early as well which really helped when we had to go look for parking.

Affordable Protective Comfort
Pure enjoyment. I relaxed and ate dinner while watching TV, showers was hot water and happy to be able to iron my work clothes. I love the place.

Terrible the room like mildew. The A/C air smelled like mildew . There was mildew in the shower wall. In the corner of the toilet the wall was wet and bubblie. Parts of the floor was missing.

I’m the type of person who reads the reviews until I’m red and blue in the face , my husband and I were going to Aggieland and we came across this hotel the staff was sweet the room was actually really great about the only thing that kinda made us a little irritated is the parking situation but other than that I would stay here again
