It was madness. Lots of kids, wagons, family, noise, waiting in lines.They should have a line for people who already registered. Confusing with parking lots, and rooms, having to cross parking lot to another elevator to take to our room. You have loss customers.

The room was good and clean! However, the walls were paper thin and it was very noisy. It’s a very large and busy hotel. Restaurant downstairs is a plus.

Had a great experience with Abby at the front desk! Room was clean and bed was comfy!! Parking garage was nice too!! 13 minute walk to canal park area too! Only thing that’d make it 5 stars is if it had continental breakfast :)

我们到达时房间很不干净。地板上有之前客人留下的食物碎屑，床头板/梳妆台积满了灰尘，厨房橱柜上有蜘蛛网，衣柜里还有积水。沙发床的床单被褥都泡在水里，湿透了，我们不得不要求更换。
孩子们很期待游泳池和热水浴缸，但却没能享受到。热水浴缸明显发黄，而且散发着浓烈的尿骚味。热水浴缸里同时挤着大约20个小孩——远远超过了容纳人数。
房间一进门就臭气熏天。房间和*******上的照片完全不符。
