I am not from a bigger city …. daylight was fine but night I would feel uncomfortable…. also little too far from main attraction of the Duluth Harbor…. the boats don’t move too often & the bridge wasn’t a big deal.

I loved this hotel especially the staff, from room cleaning staff, to the front desk to the Lyric Restaurant. My hands and arms are somewhat motion restrictive and have difficulty changing my shirts. The housekeepers went out of their way to assist me in this maneuver.

The tub didn’t drain and the air conditioner wouldn’t work- requested maintenance twice and no one fixed the issues

I like the fact that there is an attached parking ramp making it convenient/safe to park. Out bed was very comfortable. The front desk check-in was very quick and pleasant.

Was surprised by the amount of homeless people on the streets. Did a lot of walking and they were everywhere? :(

Hot tub was shut down on main floor and we weren’t informed at check in, the hot tub on the other floor was Luke warm. Like the temp I get outta my bath tub because it’s gotten to cold.

We were able to walk down to the draw bridge and restaurants, although we ended up eating at Thai by Thai which was closer to the hotel and very good! The bathroom was unclean but the manager swiftly made it right. The facilities were in good working order. Not the greatest part of town and it would’ve been nice to have a view, as requested.
