Had a good time staying for our second time. It was an extremely busy week so at times service lacked but we communicated when we weren’t happy and the team helped to better the service for the rest of the trip!

Have stayed here 5 times over the last 5 years and generally service and quality has declined. Spa is amazing, most or the staff are friendly and attentive however our butlers were unresponsive and not helpful the first few days, our room was not cleaned by housekeeping more than once, quality of food has declined.

The spa was terrible. We felt rushed the entire time and did not get to enjoy the facilities; not to mention the crazy prices and subpar services.
The hotel was ok, but not the premium/luxury as advertised. The Family Selection didn’t feel exceptionally special considering how it’s advertised. It’s an ok resort, but we will not return.

First time visiting grand palladium and was beyond impressed with property, amenities and overall staff. Room was clean spacious! We upgraded to family selection which gives you access to designated area that includes a private pool, beach area and restaurant. Towels are accessible in multiple areas like pools and beach you don’t need to haul your towel around. waiters available at the pool and beach who are very attentive. Best part if you have kids ! My 3 and 4 year old had the best time the accommodations available for them are phenomenal! There is a kids club that has different activities every hour where your child can stay with the most amazing caring girls. They did multiple activities for the kids in the family selection area pool and beach. My kids participated in a treasure hunt, eco tour, kite flying and water balloon game in the pool. I was able to visit the spa while my kids had fun at the kids club! The spa was relaxing all amenities available were amazing a hydro pool, a relaxing massage,infinity pool second floor, smoothie bar, many sauna , steam and other rooms. Food and entertainment while we were there we watched a few shows at the teatro that were fun ! A silent disco party, a roof top bar with a dj, sports bar open 24 hours ! You must also check out the coffee shop at the village they have great lattes & pastries. Restaurant options available Italian, Mexican, Indian,Japanese and many other food was great. The staff was the best part everyone was amazing.

Beautiful hotel installations, nice beach, and great staff! For a “5” stars hotel the “Isla Blanca” restaurant was a disappointment. The food temperature was always cold, raw meats and rude grill stations staff.
The service at the beach was lacking. “The Nest” restaurant was a real treat with lobster and great service from Armando and Alfredo. We had a beautiful room with a gorgeous panoramic view with lots of treats upon our arrival, premium drinks and a butler who booked our dinners. I highly recommend the family selection if you are travelling with children.

不知道他们为什么不一次性关闭一层楼进行装修。在我们整个旅行期间,他们都在粉刷墙壁并进行装修。整层楼都有油漆味。我们分成 4 个不同的组进行预订,每个人的体验都不同。我们住在家庭精选的 11 号楼,而我们的朋友住在 12 号楼。12 号楼没有任何装修,而且他们的住宿条件要好得多。他们一到就得到了高档伏特加和香槟,还有饼干、零食和各种包/沙滩包和儿童玩具。我们入住时没有收到孩子们的沙滩玩具,也没有零食,只有 2 个空袋子,其中一个显然是用过的,上面完全沾满了污渍。总的来说,我们对在这个度假村的住宿不太满意,我们住在他们在玛雅的姐妹公司,体验好得多。
