只是迪拜目前感觉最好的酒店，没有之一。比那个传说中的亚特兰蒂斯都要更好。
大堂非常气派，金色的装修富丽堂皇，就像一个金粉世家。
酒店的私家沙滩景色也非常好，非常舒服，躺着休息。非常好
小年夜带父母入住贵酒店
我们差不多1点到酒店办入住，告知还没有房间，可以留意邮件，可以入住了会邮件通知
寄存好行李我们就打车去skypool午餐，大概2点就收到了可以入住的邮件
回到酒店4点多，顺利拿房卡进房间
之前和酒店邮件沟通过，是带父母庆祝他们结婚45周年，邮件回复及时且友好，入住时应该是帮我们做了升级(因为具体房型我也不清楚，我定的是尊贵海景房，不知道住的是哪个房型)，反正就是房间很大，带超级大的露台，还送了花和蛋糕
在露台看海看日落，视野超级好，太治愈了
随后的两天，房间的服务也非常周到，一天二次打扫，及时补充矿泉水，夜床服务也很细心，我放在洗漱台的护肤品，和放在写字台的太阳镜，包包，iPad全部垫上了无纺布衬布
除夕夜外面吃饭后回到房间，还收到了酒店手写的中文祝福和马年巧克力，细节，仪式感满满
虽然酒店有些地方，看得出年代感，可能保养的也没有特别精细，但服务真的很好，瑕不掩瑜
泳池边，沙滩边都有随时可以补的防晒，泳池虽然不大，但安全员配的很足，小朋友玩水很有安全感
私家沙滩躺椅很多，不怕没位置，就是酒店的水上活动价格小贵，总体还是很推荐入住的，希望有机会再来
原是因沙漠酒店订的太远去不了，订来过渡的，但住入体验确实舒服度假型老钱风，早餐在国外也算美味了，前台Aizat小姐姐给了个好房间还会说中文非常有意思，退房时前台帅哥还送了个水杯🤓
房间装修很豪华 欧式风格 前台也很耐心checkin 各方面都很好 漏了一个白色眼镜在lobby 工作人员先发现的然后送到房间来了
房间惊艳，服务从checkin到out全程都太棒了，所有人都很亲切，早餐in room dining很好吃，下午茶还行，四点有live piano很有雅致，整体装修欧式，喜欢，酒店压根挑不出一点毛病，这个价位能住ritz paris样式的，性价比实在是高
房间很棒 沙滩很美 非常值得的一次入住
房间宽敞舒适，都是海景房景色非常棒，缺点是早餐中式较少，都是中东口味菜系，服务很周到主动帮忙接送行李。
在迪拜和阿布扎比的10天行程中，我们住了好几家酒店，棕榈岛莱佛士酒店大概是其中最好的一家了。这里能欣赏到棕榈岛和大海的绝美景色，而且不像棕榈岛其他地方那样拥挤嘈杂。酒店很干净，员工也非常热情。完美体验，绝对A级！
住过最差的酒店，首先毛巾看起来就像是用了10年以上的，有天竟然还是破的，好评不知道怎么了来的，早餐品种非常少没什么可以吃的。前台态度巨差无比。最重要的是！我们29号入住，前台的服务人员问我们31号晚上galadinner参加不参加，如果参加1个人3000aed，大约6000人民币一个人，如果不参加就不用花钱。我们6个大人，2个小孩，就说不参加了。我反复确认了两遍确定他说不参加就不需要费用。结果结账的时候，要扣我们galadinner5万人民币，我把当时入住的情况反映了以后，酒店就开始各种推卸责任，一开始说是当时的员工说错了。后来又说员工没这么说，我要求调监控，酒店又说不可以调监控。反正坑人没商量。态度巨差。携程还是很给力，全程帮我协调，最后虽然没解决，但是携程投诉客服帮了很多忙。
一切都很完美，而且非常干净！房间很宽敞，住得很愉快。免费代客泊车服务很棒。餐厅也很好。不过，早餐就不太值了，除非你能以很优惠的价格把它包含在内。
