Clean as soon as you walked in front door, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it had a nice little bar and grill so we didn’t have to get out after a long day on the road. Would stay again if I’m back in the area.

Terrible. After I book the reservation for a friend and went to the hotel they said that don’t allow locals, I believe this is a scam and discrimination. After they cancel my reservation I could not get my money back because it was not refund policy.. so I don’t know how is this possible

The safe were amazing they have a restaurant in the building and the food was also amazing

Elevator is slow. Sounds like it’s going to break down at any moment. Takes forever.
Staff was okay. Room was dirty. Light switches were filthy. Bedding was gross. The room Smelt bad. Pool and hot tub were okay. Felt out dated. No slide. Hot tub was warm. Not hot. Wasn’t the best experience overall for the price. Wouldn’t stay again.

我以前在这家酒店住过很多次，但不幸的是，最近的一次体验非常令人失望。床垫极其不舒服，家具也显露出了年代久远的痕迹——床头柜上的饰面都剥落了。我去大堂喝咖啡时，被告知周末早上7点才有咖啡，并被要求在房间里冲泡，但房间里只有低咖啡因的咖啡。更糟糕的是，其中一部电梯坏了，而唯一一部能用的电梯只能容纳四人，光是往返我的房间就花了很长时间。遗憾的是，这次的住宿体验没有达到预期，下次去阿尔伯克基我一定会选择其他酒店。
为了庆祝我的生日，我和 10 岁的女儿预订了一间房，这样就可以在家度假了。付了房费，去办理入住手续，却被拒之门外，因为我们是“当地人”。我们非常兴奋，想举办一个女生之夜来庆祝我的生日，但却哭着离开了。怎么会有公司制定这么可怕的规定。我们住的地方离酒店有 7 英里，所以订不到酒店房间？非常恶心和失望！谢谢你毁了我的生日。我每周工作 60 小时，很期待和女儿一起度过这个夜晚。
总的来说，我很喜欢这家酒店，非常舒适、干净、服务周到。是的，我推荐它
