We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was good with good prices.

The room was filthy, the rest of the property was fine. It's nice that they have a restaraunt on site, gym has a couple cardio machines, pool was fine.

The coffee maker was broken and it took over 24 hours to replace. Only one elevator was working, and it made a lot of strange noises. Room 526 had slow drain problems in the tub. Hoped for better results, especially with premium Balloon Weekend rates being charged.

In the room issue: the curtains was difficult to close.. other than that. The room iz spacious comfortable and cozy..
